Privacy Policy
1. Who processes your data
tsilenko.com (the Site) is the personal page of Pavel Tsilenko, founder and Marketing Director of Delta Technologies. Personal data submitted through the Site is processed by Delta Technologies’ legal entity, OOO Deltalab (Moscow, Russia; registration number OGRN 5067746401014, tax number INN 7721564528; 6/3 bld. 3 Kuznetsky Most St., Moscow, 125009), the Operator. Contact: info@deltalab.ru, +7 (969) 777-35-90. The processing is governed by the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
2. What is collected and why
The Site has one form — a request to discuss a task. You enter your name, email address, a description of the task and, optionally, a phone number or Telegram. The form also sends service details: the page address, how long the form took to fill in, the consent mark and the policy version.

The web server also keeps standard logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, referrer) to run and protect the Site. They are kept for no more than 30 days.
3. Cookies and analytics
The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics counters, session recording or other third-party tools that process visit data. Form data is sent only when you press the submit button.
4. How data is handled and shared
The Site and the request log are hosted on the Operator’s server in Russia. A request is stored as a row in a service table, delivered to Pavel Tsilenko by email, and a confirmation email is sent to you. The mailboxes pavel@tsilenko.ru and pavel@tsilenko.com are hosted by Yandex LLC (Russia); the messages arrive in Pavel Tsilenko’s mailbox hosted by Google LLC (USA), so request data is transferred to the United States in that part. Data is not sold or published. It is disclosed to public authorities only on lawful requests. No decisions with legal effect are made by automated processing alone.
5. Security and deletion
Access to the mailbox and the request table is protected by passwords and keys; the Site and the form work over HTTPS only; only people who need the data to answer your request have access to it. When the retention period ends, or the purpose is achieved earlier, emails and table rows are deleted within 30 days without the possibility of recovery.
6. Your rights
You may ask what data about you is processed, request its correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw your consent, and complain to the Russian supervisory authority (Roskomnadzor) or a court. Write to info@deltalab.ru and mention when and from which contacts you sent the request. Replies are given within 10 working days; after a withdrawal of consent the data is deleted within 30 days unless the law or a contract requires keeping it.
7. Changes
The Operator may update this policy. The current version, with its number and date, is always published on the Site. If analytics or other tools processing visitor data are ever added, the policy will be updated before they are enabled.
